An amazing Mr. Blackwell that is just outstanding! The sleeves are of course what makes it just a jewel of a dress! they are each insanely wide, extravagant, dramatic things that are cut like giant cones with the back draping far lower then the front! These are balanced by a simple cut through the body of the dress. A high scooped neck and a straight cut body that skims over the bust and hips. The tie belt is wide and can be used to cinch in the waist or you can use it at the neck if you wish. The exterior fabric is a gold metallic thread that gives it a knit feel but the silk lining underneath keeps it from stretching. I adore the vibrant pops of green against the gold! Wonderful and in excellent, appears unworn condition!

Fully lined in a high quality black silk, including the sleeves and closes with a back painted metal zipper. Hand finished. The tie belt is original and the same fabric on both sides.
