Intriguingly alluring wearable art by Chado Ralph Rucci. Layers of beige and black tulle sewn into a graduated grid of rectangular panels.  Sandwiched inside the panels are the barbs of the ostrich feather, colored in black and suspended and supported by the inside tulle and creating the impression of a painted brush stroke. High neck, cropped kimono sleeve, swing coat silhouette. Semi sheer. No closure. A true masterpiece!!  Excellent, unworn condition.
