Adults:
1 teaspoon 2 times per day under the tongue 30 minutes before meals or as directed by a health care professional. Dosage may be added to 4 oz. of water and sipped. For the alcohol sensitive dosage can be added to 4 oz. luke warm water and sipped.

Children under 12:
One-half (1/2) adult dose.
