Chill the product to between 5 and 10°C, then whip at high speed in a planetary mixer until obtaining a creamy product.

Ingredients: rehydrated skimmed-MILK, mascarpone 20% (CREAM, citric acid), palm oil, sugar, EGG yolk, modified starch, gelatine. Lactic esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, carrageenan, artificial flavourings, betacarotene.
