The Mini Billy Backpack is a little backpack or sling bag that is meant to be a small purse when you don’t need to carry a lot with you. Also ideal for the small humans in your life that want their very own bag to carry.

The pattern was designed for quilting cotton and can be made on a domestic sewing machine! Don't hesitate to experiment with vinyl, canvas or cork to make this bag your very own! 

The uniquely shaped front zipper pocket is perfect for holding keys and cell phone while keeping yourself organized. The main body has a slip pocket and the zipper gusset comes in two styles – a straight zipper or a curvy zipper – depending on how adventuresome you’re feeling. The backpack straps are designed with a zipper in the middle of them, to create a single-shoulder sling bag, or can be made individually to wear like a classic backpack.

Details:

The finished size is 9-1/2" tall, 8" wide at the widest point and 4-1/2" deep. The interior is finished with binding.

Pattern:

Your pattern comes filled with diagrams to walk you through the creation of your bag. All curved pattern pieces are included, although the rectangles have measurements provided within your cutting list to cut with a ruler and rotary cutter.
