The Yves Saint Laurent Variation line was a short-lived diffusion line in the eighties. Most of the pieces you see from it are not along the line of what I usually buy for the shop but there was just something so young and fun about this jumpsuit that I decided to make an exception. It is made of cotton and the combination of the multi-color dots and the full "flight suit" cut were just too good to pass by. The fabric is crisp so the shape is held and I love the slide buckle belt that allows you to really cinch in the waist so the volume of the sleeves above and the pants below is emphasized in that perfectly cool eighties kind of way. Super fun piece! Presents as excellent condition.
Unlined and closed with snaps up the front. Attached slide buckle belt. Snaps on each cuff. At some point it was washed and there was a touch of color run that went over the white dots. Since it happened all over it present s as fine. Priced accordingly.
